Privacy Policy
We process only the minimum information needed to operate accounts, subscriptions, and connections. We do not log websites, DNS queries, communication content, or browsing history, and we do not use VPN traffic for advertising or profiling.
1. Scope and operator
This Privacy Policy applies to the Haoxue Accelerator app, website, and related support services. The data controller/operator is PHU AN HOUSING CONSTRUCTION AND TRADING JOINT STOCK COMPANY. A third-party site or service operates under its own privacy practices.
2. Core VPN data commitment
- No websites, full URLs, DNS queries, or search history;
- No destination IP addresses, message bodies, chat content, or file contents;
- No advertising profile built from VPN browsing behavior;
- No sale, use, or third-party disclosure of data obtained from the VPN tunnel for a purpose unrelated to providing the connection.
Your source network address is technically processed in real time by network systems to establish and route a connection, but it is not used to create browsing history and is not written into website-activity logs.
3. Information we process
3.1 Account and contact data
Email address, user ID, sign-in state, and necessary account settings for registration, authentication, recovery, service notices, and support.
3.2 Subscription and purchase data
Subscription product, status, expiry, order or transaction identifier, and receipt-verification result. Apple or another payment channel handles payment-card data; we do not receive or store complete card details.
3.3 Device and app data
Device model, OS and app versions, language, installation identifier, and client configuration state for compatibility, security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.
3.4 Connection operation data
Selected node region, connection start/end time, duration, success or failure result, and aggregate traffic. This category excludes websites, DNS queries, destination addresses, and communication content.
3.5 Diagnostics and support
Crash information, performance metrics, and issue descriptions, screenshots, or diagnostic logs that you choose to submit. Optional feedback is processed only when you affirmatively send it.
4. Information we do not collect
Unless a future feature clearly requires it and obtains separate permission first, we do not collect precise GPS location, contacts, photo library, camera, microphone, health data, payment-card details, advertising identifiers, or a list of installed apps.
5. Purposes and legal bases
- Contract performance: authenticate accounts, establish connections, verify subscriptions, and synchronize entitlements;
- Security and abuse prevention: protect accounts, identify abnormal requests, and maintain infrastructure;
- Diagnostics: analyze connection results, crashes, and performance;
- Consent: process optional diagnostics, feedback, or marketing subscriptions you choose to submit;
- Legal obligation: retain required transaction records and handle lawful requests or disputes.
You may withdraw consent-based processing at any time. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing, and core paid functionality is not conditioned on consent to unrelated collection.
7. Retention

Where law, a pending dispute, or a security investigation requires longer retention, only the necessary portion is retained with restricted use and access.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, deletion, restriction, or objection, and may withdraw consent. Use privacy or account settings in the app or contact us by email.
To protect the account, we may verify identity using an existing account method. Support will not ask you to disclose a complete password or verification code.
9. Account and data deletion
Versions that support account creation include an in-app deletion entry, usually under “Me / Account & Security / Delete Account” (wording can vary by version). You do not need to email support before initiating complete deletion.
Deletion removes the account record and associated personal data that we are not legally required to retain. Store auto-renewal is managed separately, so review and cancel the subscription first. See the Account Deletion Notice.
10. International processing
Because the service supports multiple regions, data may be processed outside your country or region. We use access controls, encryption, contractual measures, and data minimization as required by applicable law. Additional mechanisms will be provided where local law requires them.
11. Security
We use encryption in transit, tiered access, least privilege, audit logging, isolated backups, and vulnerability remediation. No system can guarantee absolute security. If an incident is likely to affect your rights, we will remediate and notify as required by law.
12. Children
The service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. A higher local age of digital consent applies where required. A guardian may contact us to request deletion of information collected by mistake.
13. Policy updates
We will update this Policy when product behavior, SDKs, law, or data processing changes. Material changes will be announced in the app, on the website, or by email, and renewed consent will be obtained where required. The latest date appears at the top.
